Shipping policy

Where applicable, freight will be charged and will be added to your shopping cart at the time of checkout.  Australia Post is our preferred courier service.

** Deliveries of Large / bulky orders or over 5kg weight may incur additional charges. Remote areas may incur additional surcharges. We will contact you in such an event to discuss increased shipping costs.

Parcels are dispatched from Cambridge, Tasmania.

We endeavor to dispatch orders within one business day. Shipping times vary, please check Australia Posts website for shipping times.

For more urgent deliveries, email tasdieselrepairs@gmail.com and we will help you to make it happen.

Delivery lead times are estimated as accurately as possible. We will not be held liable for third party delays including but not limited to carrier delays, natural weather events, peak freight periods, country’s customs (export/import) clearance requirements etc. No compensation will be paid in the event of delivery deadlines being exceeded.

Goods delivered internationally will be sent via DHL or Australia Post International. You will receive an email to confirm your goods have been dispatched and parcel tracking information so you can check your parcels whereabouts.
